TO POO-HA-BAH
From Las Vegas NV: Take Highway 160 toward Pahrump around 35-40 miles. Take left Tecopa turnoff onto Old Spanish Trail highway, proceed all the way to Tecopa. Take first right at Y before Post Office for one mile. Proceed through STOP sign at county park. Take next right on Noonday, at red painted post. Go 1 block past Sundown St, turn into PooHaBah parking area. From South: 50 miles north of Baker, on 127. Take second Tecopa turn-off. Proceed a mile past marshes to residential area. Take left turn on Noonday, by red painted post. If you reach a stop sign, you went too far. Go 1 block past Sundown St, turn into PooHaBah parking area. From north: Take 1st Tecopa turnoff from 127, 5 miles south of Shoshone, follow directions above. |
